This digital platform is owned and operated by Veterinary Cabinet Arvanitis Georgios DVM and is intended for managing appointments, medical history and communication with our clients. By using it you accept the terms below.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password safe. Use of the account by third parties without your authorization is prohibited. In case of unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3. Veterinary information

The information shown in the app (prescriptions, history, reminders) is informational and does not replace a physical veterinary examination. In an emergency, contact us directly or an on-duty veterinary clinic.

4. Acceptable use

• Posting false or offensive content is not permitted.
• Attempts to breach security or access other users' data are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content (texts, logos, design) belongs to Veterinary Cabinet Arvanitis Georgios DVM or is used under license. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to ensure the proper operation of the app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free availability. We are not liable for damages caused by outages, third-party provider errors or force majeure.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus shall have jurisdiction.
